Currently, I'm wearing Depends because I'm too busy to crap. Not really, but it has crossed my mind. I'm actually working on a new book - details will appear soon so stay tuned. As if that didn't already take enough of my time, I'm working on a couple of Flash projects and also trying to get out on my bike as much as I can for training. Last night I did a hill workout and it about killed me. I need more of that I guess!
